Take3.NWA

Take3.NWA is one of our partners for Create-it Con. They have been an integral part of planning the event. Take3.NWA will bring 3D printers and examples of 3D designs they have printed. They will be printing the designs from the 3D Prototyping for Kids class. Scott Kammerzell will be presenting the 3D Prototyping for Kids at 10am and 3D Prototyping for Adults at 12pm. The 3D Prototyping for Kids class will have their design printed to take home the day of Create-it Con. Space is limited for these classes.

Over the last three years Rogers Public Library has shared all kinds of amazing cutting edge technologies at our Geek the Library events.  NOW at our makers’ event “Create-it Con” on Saturday July 11th, a new concept will be shared: LEARN-PLAY-DO!Every hour come learn how to do things most people would never dream possible.  Learn, then do hands-on events such as:  3D printing, make a movie, become a Renaissance swords(wo)man, role play and cosplay with the experts, feed your inner superhero, and learn how to publish your novel.  Join us for this live, FREE event from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for all ages (0-100+).
Some of our friends who will be there to share their areas of fun and experience are:  Take3NWA (3D printers), Glitch-Con, local authors panel, live musicians, Once-Upon-A-Story NWA, and the Renaissance Faire of the Ozarks.  Come learn and create with us!
